We worked with Stacie to buy our new home in Chesapeake during a military move from overseas. She talked with us over Skype, got us a lot of prospective homes and spent all day with us during a short window to walk through houses. The team she works with add a lot of expertise and were invaluable through a really tough sell, and she has personally followed up with us even after the sale helping us get issues straightened out. She has always been easy to get a hold of and even contacted us during a vacation to see how our move in was going. We loved working with her!

Stacie helped make our first home buying experience a breeze - she was very timely with all communications and kept us informed of every step in the process. We were buying a new construction home, so there wasn't as much negotiation at play, but Stacie gave great advice on all our options and she made sure we asked all the right questions. Can I give more than 5 stars? This gal went above and beyond in every way when we decided to buy our first investment property. She was listening so well, that I bought the house she found, rather than any other house I found. And that's just the start! She was helpful through every stage, making this entire process easy for myself and my husband. We will most certainly be using her again! I have been recommending her as much as possible to friends and family.
